Worst Subway ever!!! Ran out of cheese my husband always get,our bread was burnt and one of the sandwiches was made wrong and... they don?t take coupons in the mail anymore! And no bags for our sandwiches or napkins! Worse service ever! Read more

Worst subway I?ve been to. I usually use the mobile app to order. Often times they don?t get the sandwiches right. Sometimes... I?ve been given someone else?s completely different sandwich. When I do get the right sandwich it?s more often than not sloppilymade and falling apart, barely warmed when it should be toasted, or extremely light on ingredients (even when ordering andpaying for extra ingredients). As someone who works for Subway in the Augusta area, I ordered a foot long VEGGIE delight and got a foot long Bready delight... instead. I asked for extra off all my veggies as that was all I was getting on my, hence the name, ?VEGGIE delight? and I gotbarley any veggies. No matter how many times I asked the worker for extra she would put like 1 more of the veggie on mysandwich. To the point where I just let it be. She seemed to not be properly trained????? Then she tried charging me extra formy ?extra? veggies she put on. I don't know if its just because of the different location but if I go to any other subway aroundthey load my VEGGIE delight up when I ask for EXTRA VEGGIES. Really friendly and efficient staff when I go for lunch. Doesn't always have all the typical Subway ingredients like guacamole... or herb and cheese bread, but I don't mind. Really close by my workplace, too, and nice, cozy interior. Read more
Toaster was broken, 3 people there working but only 1 actually making sandwiches. Super friendly but clearly a neglected store
