I stopped at Arby's in Oakland yesterday. I ordered a sandwich and a large strawberry lemonade. I ask the lady for lite ice.... She informed me in a aggravated tone! If she gave me lite ice, I would only get half a cup full. So being embarrassed forchallenging her authority. I said nevermind on the lite ice. When I received my order. I didn't notice until later. The largecup was completely full of ice. It couldn't of received one more cube in it, and still put the lid on. It was a 24 oz cup. I'mjust guessing now, maybe 8 oz in it. What a rip off, for $3.39. I should of stood my ground with the lite ice order and the halfglass. I would've got a little more! Maybe I should've kept my mouth shut.??????? Read more
The guy and girl (at times) who greeted me at the drive through ordering stop , were amazing. Very friendly, upbeat, helpful,.... just puts a smile on my face.
