The new remodel looks awful, still love the food and workers. But isn't inviting to sit in and eat anymore.

I picked up my girlfriends order. I was met with very unprofessional employees. When I arrived at the store to pickup my order,... there was a sign taped to the order mic stating that there was no lettuce, onion, sour cream, tomato or other various items.Their excuse was they hadn't gotten the delivery that morning. Ok, why did the manager open the store with no stock? I've spokento Taco Bell Corporate, that isn't their stance on such a situation apparently. Why was I allowed to waste my money on fooditems (at full price) that had less than HALF the food that was supposed to be in them? (they blamed the app but offered only anonline dispute as recourse) Not only that, but they had none of the drink that I had ordered. So instead of giving me anotheroption, they simply opted to not give me a drink. Where it was due to incompetence or laziness of reading the ticket I don'tknow. I had to come back to the store after realizing this, and get a substitute drink. I inquired why I was charged forsomething I could not receive, and they blamed the app again. While they were making the drinks not but 15 feet from where I wasstanding, I could hear them trash talking me... As if I couldn't hear them! Up to this point I was courteous and calm, (all beit frustrated) I hadn't raised my voice or been rude in any way. As I was handed my drink I informed them I could hear what theysaid. She practically yelled "Have a nice day sir!" at me sarcastically. These employees act like children. Does Aarsand stillown this place? Whoever owns it should be ashamed at how they allow it to be managed. It's pathetic. You can't act like highschool children and expect to keep a job. Overall: food with less than half of what is supposed to be in it, rude employees, incapable employees, and a general store attitude of screw the customer. No wonder I heard not to go there so much. Don't wasteyour money here. Read more

Trash, they were out of pretty much all of their ingredients, wouldn't cancel or refund my order despite this when I ordered my... food online. They were out of steak, sour cream, lettuce, onion, They also didn't give me my Baja blast and when I went backthay gave a ton of attitude about giving me my drinks that I paid for because they were out of Baja Blast too and instead ofoffering different options they decided to just not give me a drink at all Read more

Extremely slow service. Food was disappointing at best.I ordered a taco pizza meal with soft taco supremes. Pizza had literally... 4 bites of meat on it. Tacos had no tomatoes and no sour cream. Very disappointing. I will not be a repeat customer. Read more

They didn't have Dorito tacos, they had no drinks their machine was broken. Then they charged for 2 sour creams (which is... ridiculous because it is a condiment with tacos) but they only gave me one so I had to walk inside anyway. But what I got wasgood after the many let downs. Read more

The food was good they were busy so took awhile to get. I get they say to focus on drive thru first I worked fast food for a... long time. But you have to take care of the customers up front and get their food out in a respectable time also. Plus whoeverwas to be on front counter should stay in their spot if they are busy. She was leaving people stand up there for over 10 minutesbefore they ordered. Worst service I have ever seen at any taco bell or fast food restaurant before Read more

My lady and I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a long time. Had no idea what to order. Young woman at the counter patiently and... cheerfully answered all our questions without an ounce of attitude. Food was tasty, though I'm guessing not the healthiestthing to eat. Read more

I haven't eaten at a Taco Bell in a long time. Was in Tera Alta West Virginia on a day trip with my ladyfriend and on a whim... while driving by, we decided to eat there. We were both clueless as to what to order. My ladyfriend has some alergies and askedthe young woman behind the counter a bunch of questions as to ingredients in different menu items which were answeredknowledgably and with a smile on her face. After we got our food we had more questions for that same Taco Bell employee whichwere answered as if she was giving advice to a good friend. Frankly I'm pretty tight with my money and tipping is not the normin a fast food restaurant, however I slipped her $5.00. As for the food, it was prepared as we asked it to be, and it was quitetasty.
