Love this location even tho some people don?t like it doesn?t mean it?s a bad place I go here everyday and all the workers men... and women and young girls are super sweet to me and get my order right everytime some people are just jealous that theirs suchbeautiful girls working there people should learn to be more grateful if people were too fast at making your food or drink itwill come out wrong if u don?t like the place doesn?t mean other people won?t like it just go somewhere else then. Remember atthe end of the day it?s just food and drink people should start focusing are more serious matters than wasting time out of theirday to complain about employees seriously people have literally nothing else better to do than to complain about someone?s pace.People commenting bad stuff about this place go get a life and find Jesus gosh.???? I'm from Connecticut and have been to hundreds of Dunkin's in our state and I do mobile orders all the time. This one in New... Jersey was just totally not capable of handling mobile orders and people in the store. I waited a ridiculous amount of time andthere didn't seem to be any urgency about getting the orders going. I probably could have walked in and just ordered andprobably would have been served quicker and I never quite get that feeling when mobile ordering in Connecticut. Read more

Young kids manage this place so it had good service but it really needed some house keeping.

Understaffed at all times. Come in most mornings of the week and there always seems to be only two people behind the counter.... One is very slow, the other is trying her best, but either she doesn't understand or doesn't care. Orders frequently come outwrong, because while the slow one tries to figure out what exactly he's doing, she is working on several orders at a time, making orders come out poorly or flat out wrong due to a lack of time to pay attention. I don't think he's lazy, probably justslow. Really a shame because the issue seems like it would be resolved if a third was added to the morning shift, or if the slowone was replaced. Read more

Stop by Dunkin tonight, it was crazy hot! Like there was a fire, no employees, but the door was unlocked. Used the bathroom and... continued on my way. 5 stars. Read more

Employees at this location were so polite and charismatic! It did take a bit longer than expected for my order to be completed,... while I was the only customer waiting, but I?d like to assume it?s due to new staffing and training of those associates. Myorder was accurate and delicious, I will absolutely be back. Read more

The location has good seating. The manager is great. However, the young Indian or latino guy are always contradicting... customers. As a business owner, that's bad practice. You may not always get up and like what you do every morning, but if that'sthe case, there's plenty of other places hiring. Attitudes and egos need to be dropped before clocking in. Outside of those twoemployees, the facility is a comfortable location, with plenty of seating and spots to relax. Read more
