Slow service was the only one there the lady was just texting on her phone ignoring me until she was done. Are you 14 or 40?... Next got the order wrong. June 28, 2022 We ordered take out from the Oakland, NJ branch, Terrible - bucket of chicken, coleslaw, tenders, biscuits and... mashed potatoes. The chicken was old, had to be sitting there all day because it was hard, dried out and unedible. Thebiscuits were hard also. We recieved Mac n cheese, no coleslaw. The mashed potatoes were smaller packs dumped and stuffed intothe larger one. It was disgusting. Never again! Read more

It was close to closing fries were stale, chicken tasted like it was sitting there, kfc bowl didn't taste fresh. Ice tea tasted... weird no flavor. Because we left already I couldn't turn around. I would like someone to reach out to me. Read more
The restaurant looks great since it is always clean and newly renovated. However, for a place known to have a line, I think... that removing the previous barrier for the line versus seating area was a poor choice. Even better, the employees provide greatservice every time I go there. Read more
