Just had my worst experience ever at the Starbucks in Oakland. Arrived at 3pm today ordered two White Chocolate Mocha's and... waited 30 minutes to get them. And it gets worse, both drinks were terrible. Will not be going back anytime soon. Read more

This was the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been to. The outside seating area had dirty tables and trash all over the place on... the ground. The restroom was not particularly clean either. The employees did not seem to be happy. The beverages themselveswere fine. Read more

It can get pretty backed up here at the drive through. Also, if a customer is just ordering a drip coffee, it should be... dispensed right on the spot. Making a customer wait for something already made and ready to go doesn't make a lot of sense tome. Read more
Great Starbucks. Clean bathroom. Vegan option. Quick and delicious latte. They did not have the first choice of food I wanted... but I was glad they had an alternate option. Would pee here again. Read more
I visited this location after a trip to the DVM. The staff was friendly and the store was spotless. This location has a driver... thru which is always a plus but it was my first time here so I prefer to make my coffee myself. The bathrooms were very clean.They also had a large selection of cups for sale. If you are in the area stop here it's worth it. Read more
