I ordered the Rodgers wrap. No where on the description did it say there was Cesar dressing on it. So I called Wilkes and asked... them if they can remake it without Cesar dressing. Samantha picked up and said ok. As I was driving down there, Samantha?s bosstold her to tell me I have to pay for it because I didn?t specify no Cesar dressing (reminder, it did not say Cesar dressing).That?s really unprofessional, would def not be coming back here. I never go out of my way to leave a review on anything but this place is an exception. I come in here a few times a month to... pick up lunch on my break and have never been disappointed! The breaded chicken cutlet is great. They don?t have any mixed greens and will sometimes not have anything other than romaine... lettuce. The Italian food is pretty good though. Read more
Beware...they offer an incentive if you order 10 times online but they?re charging a $1.50 ?convenience? fee EVERY time you... do!!!! In the end not only are you paying for your 10th free sandwich....ur paying extra for it!! This is charged for pickuporders...you?re paying the convenience fee AND delivery if you order for delivery!
