I am currently working in close proximity to this Pilot truck stop, where Subway is open 24 hours per day. I have to say,... customer service is always great, the rolls are fresh,the produce is fresh, meat is flavorful, the sauces are yummy. Monica and Sam have given me the best customer service I've ever received from a subway and most restaurants period. Monica... remembered me from the last time I came a year ago which was great because we were able to have nice conversation as my food wasbeing prepared. Sam also provided excellent customer service preparing my sandwich and actually listening to the details of myorder which I appreciate so much. The manager and young man have very poor customer service skills. Just because I paid with 6 gift cards he got upset. If he... doesn't like taking gift cards why work here or why sell them? He has no patience nor does his messanger. When my husband wentto her to complain about him she said he was in the right! To my surprise.... That's one good way to get a poor review and leteveryone else know what to expect from these lazy employees. Customers are always right, if they have a job it's because we pay.
