Bring back the Ch'King! The size of the chicken breast on the new chicken sandwich is pathetic. The chicken breast was much... smaller than the bun, was dark brown and barely over 1/4" thick. I threw away a good portion of the bun because there wasnothing on it. Today the fries were barely warm at 5:04pm. It takes me 2 minutes to drive home. I will not order the chickenagain. That said, the staff has always been pleasant and I haven't had any other issues with this location. This review is forthe new chicken sandwich only. Read more
Havent touched the food yet but the guy taking orders is AMAZING! I wish i got his name he was hilarious and made us not hate... everything since they were out of or was going to be a wait on everything we asked for! Lol he deserves a raise! Read more
Service is good. The curb at the window needs to go! Looks like countless others have ruined their front-end alignment on this... curb. I a sign or signs would help. Anything to remind the driver, hey tnere is a curb here! Or just make the drive thrustraight! Really surprised that nobody has come to you with an alignment bill. Read more
I do not go to Burger King a lot, but when I do, the burgers and food is hot. This time I ordered the number nine fried chicken... sandwich meal. I needed something quick on the way to church. This was the perfect stop. The wait was not long. I went throughthe drive through the order taker was nice and I was on my way. Exactly what I needed. Read more
Oakland Burger King has redeemed itself with the kindness and professionalism of one in particular employee. His attention to... detail and attitude exceeds all others. The assistant manager Mike paves the way for the success of his other staff and trulyappreciates every single customer that comes into the building or his drive-through line. The words ?We Love you and appreciateyou? is loud and clear on the the receiving end. Thank you for making my Experience a great one. Well after a failed attempt to order the BK Spicy Chicken Sandwich here is the outcome. First must say the staff was super... friendly. Fries were piping hot and delicious. Missing a bit of salt but overall nice flavor. Now you the self acclaimed SpicyChicken Sandwich. It looked good at first glance and even opened up it wasn't a bad look. First bite had a strange slightlysweet undertone. Could have been the mayo or bun but not sure. The chicken was tender and the breading wasn't horrible. Thesauce the breast was dipped in was likely the downer of the whole sandwich. It was a very mild sauce almost no flavor except aslight butter undertone. It was not designed for people who enjoy a kick of heat. Think the regular option may have been abetter choice. Didn't do the deluxe version and that too may have been better to add the freshness of a tomato and somelettuce. In the Chicken Sandwich wars have to say this is one of my least favorite version. I had great expectations based oninitial fanfare. For sure better than their original BK processed Chicken option. Not likely to try again except to see iftraditional is better. Read more
Yesterday was pretty abandoned. I guess everyone was working g on their turkey day dinners! Only thing Burger King needs to... change th÷r cups. The wax has a bitter taste so I won't buy their drinks from those cups! Read more
