Place was filthy. Workers ignored us for 10 minutes.
Was not great. Service was not good. The girl that was taking money had an attitude and she needs a new job. Had to wait more... than 30 minutes for 2 thighs. And all I ordered was an 8 piece. I said 2 mash potatoes and of course got 1 mash and I coleslaw. Read more

I just wanted to share my experience today April 26, 2022. The young man that took my order and handle the drive-through was so... polite and kind. They were very busy and short of help- he handled himself so well. I know it has been hard for fast foodrestaurants during Covid. Most of the time they get bad reviews. But whoever owns this particular franchise in Oakland Tennesseeneeds to be sure and let this young man know how much he was appreciated today. He is an asset to your company.
