Excellent service at wendys today. The ladies working the window were sweet quick and my order was perfect.
The food at this wendys location in Oakland, TN seems to consistently be hot and fresh. The staff at this location isn't overly... friendly but they aren't rude either. Honestly I hardly blame them because the line is almost always out to highway 64. Anotherpositive is in my experience they rarely mess up an order; even difficult ones. As long as the line usually is, it moves prettyfast compared to other places in Oakland. If you want drive thru fast food and a positive experience, Wendy's is about your onlyoption in Oakland. Sucks when I do a mobile order and show up and they say they are closed at 6pm on a Thursday night. Dude was rude over the... speaker. I said I have a mobile order I paid for so what do I do. He didn?t respond so I drove up to the window to see 3 peoplestanding around. He informed me I would have to cancel the order somehow on my end to get my money back. I thought they weredoing better recently. Luckily I was able to cancel the mobile order on my own. Hopefully the money will come back to my bankaccount. Read more
