Excellent service at wendys today. The ladies working the window were sweet quick and my order was perfect.
The food at this wendys location in Oakland, TN seems to consistently be hot and fresh. The staff at this location isn't overly... friendly but they aren't rude either. Honestly I hardly blame them because the line is almost always out to highway 64. Anotherpositive is in my experience they rarely mess up an order; even difficult ones. As long as the line usually is, it moves prettyfast compared to other places in Oakland. If you want drive thru fast food and a positive experience, Wendy's is about your onlyoption in Oakland. Sign on speaker said to pull up to the first window to order. We did and there was another sign to pull up to the second. We did... and they saw us and refused to talk to us. Called inside and asked for them to take our order and they hung up the call. Read more
The drive thru took our order. Never posted it on the screen. We wait 5 minutes. Pull around. The boy at the first window was... sound asleep. Woke him up. He pointed for us to pull to the next window. Pull up to next window. Explained to the boy thatopened the window the situation. The kid shuts the window. Woman taking an arder with the headset never acknowledged we werethere. I guess a manager walking around never acknowledged the situation. I asked for a burger and I got a grilled chicken sandwich and whoever took my order was rude as hell for no reason. I?ve worked... in fast food (sonic for 5years) I get there are bad days but this shouldn?t happen almost every time I go to this store. Sucks when I do a mobile order and show up and they say they are closed at 6pm on a Thursday night. Dude was rude over the... speaker. I said I have a mobile order I paid for so what do I do. He didn?t respond so I drove up to the window to see 3 peoplestanding around. He informed me I would have to cancel the order somehow on my end to get my money back. I thought they weredoing better recently. Luckily I was able to cancel the mobile order on my own. Hopefully the money will come back to my bankaccount. Read more
