Generous portions but this place is lackluster. Server seemed to have an impatient attitude but that didn't bother me. The food... though...that bothered me. I love Haitian food but this suffers from whatever it is typical South Florida cuisine suffers from:no flavor, no seasoning. I like that they had a lot of variety and heaping portions but I wasn't left satisfied. Read more
You need patience, because they will sat you down to a table then forget about you. Had to wait 45 mns just to place an order... and to have appetizer come to the table. After waiting that long, i had to get up and ask what was going on because no one cameto talk to us. No water or drinks was offered while we were waiting. Service is TERRIBLE but the food tastes really good. 1 starbecause of the wait, no communication and the service. We had to eat appetizer on a napkin because of no plates being served. My family and I went there for dinner. There was only two other people there so they were not busy. The waitress sat us down... immediately and never returned. Not even to take our drink order. After sitting there for about 30 minutes my wife got up andasked if someone could at least bring us some waters. They did. No one returned after that so we got up and left. We waited anhour and did not get to even place an order. We only order take out now because they handle that well and the food tastesamazing! Horrible service. Great food. Read more

The food was good, I had the fish with fried plantains and marinad; fish was really seasoned and taste delicious. However,... plantains was too thick and wasn?t crispy. The only problem, it took 25 mins to place an order. No one greet me or acknowledgeme, it?s like I wasn?t even there. Great customer service is what keep a business open and running. A simple ?thank you forwaiting; I?ll will be right with you? goes a long way. I don?t even see any manager or team lead at the restaurant, everyonekeep walking and not even trying to make eye contact with customers. The restaurant is open but google said it?s closed. This is my 3rd time trying this restaurant and sad to say I will not be returning. The presentation of the food is nice with... several options but they kill the food with pepper. The food is sooo spicy that you cant eat it and I think that is a shame. Iordered a legume yesterday and it taste sweet. I thought it was me until, i had my husband tried and he asked why the legumetaste so sweet. As a business, you should allow the food speaks for itself and the customer should be able to control their ownspicy level to what they can handle. Read more
