Wouldn?t even give this place a star. Employee is very rude and obnoxious told customer in front of me to go look at what ever... donuts they had because they were out of the flavor he wanted. Setting off F bombs infront of customers and only asking whatthey want to eat and they got to wait on the coffee. Place was not presentable at all. First time there and never will returnagain ! I've been going to this location since 2006. It is now under new management and it isn't all that great, the location barely has... anything in stock and the wait is well over 10 minutes. Hopefully the new management can catch up and do better. Read more
Horrible Horrible been there three time will never go again either no workers or no food the drinks are horrible a frozen coffee... is the simplest thing to make how do u mess that up multiple times. I always get my ?Caramel Craze Latte? and never have I ever had sucha pleasure enjoying my favorite drink. Ordered large coffee with 3 creams. Tasted like warm milk. Ordered a bagel toasted. Way to 'not toasted' Was charged 75 cents... extra for a bit slap of butter. Looser Franchise. Very low. Read more

This location used to be pretty decent. There was a change in personnel & now it?s horrible. Don?t waste your time with this... location. The staff here is extremely unprofessional. One worker brings her children in to work, expect to see them playingbehind the counter & her yelling at them while you?re ordering/waiting on your food. The likelihood of them having what youorder is low & the likelihood of them getting your order right is nil. Order ahead? Don?t bother, they don?t actually payattention to that or fill those orders. You?ll be waiting for your order long after others have walked in and ordered. Read more
