Placed an order and was notified my salad would be ready for pick up at 9:10pm. I arrived exactly at 9:00pm. There was 3... employees inside with the door locked. One woman yelled towards the door that they were closed, not matter how many times Itried to show her I had a online order. She wouldn't even come near the door to see. One woman yelled back to "cancel yourorder" the thing is you can't cancel once you submit the order and you're already charged Instead of them cancelling on theirend. The all went to the back and never came back to where I can see them any more. On google it states that this locationcloses at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:00pm! Subway has no way in calling for support and I want my refund back I'm beyond disgustedwith them! To accept payment knowing you're closed and not refund the customer is considered STEALING!!! Worst subway ever visited. Extremely poor customer service. Especially the big black women with rings in her lips. It?s beyond... me how you can have someone like that representing your business, very bad attitude. Very poor judgement. Employees act likethey hate their jobs.
