I want to give them a 5 because their service was excellent but it’s a 4 because the food/drink I got was okay. My burrito... bowl had too much sauce and the drink was sweet. I could’ve let them know and they would’ve fix it because my friend did butto me it was edible and drinkable. Their manager was extra nice and so was Emily. She was our server and she was very attentiveand friendly. She check on us very often and very polite. Other members that work there greeted us while they walk by. I went for happy hour for drinks on a Friday starting at 4pm. We ordered guacamole chip and dip, street corn on cob, quesadillas... and chimichanga. Nice out door seating with games and live music. The bugs/flies were out of control so I would suggest sometype of tiki lights or bug repellent preventative measures so the customers can enjoy their meal while dining outside. Mywaitress was nice. Went the day after Cinco de Mayo and it was not busy at all. Enjoyed the lychee sangria which was strong, sweet, and to the... point! The honey lime chicharrones where a surprising delight. The queso had a slight spicy kick and so did the elote which Iloved! We tried the chicken, pork, beef, and steak tacos and they all where amazing. I really loved the vibe and our waitorGabby was amazing. There was 2 other waitors with her and they were nice as well. I hate that I forgot their names! You have got to like the Tatts & Tacos vibe. Surfboards and an awesome outside eating area with a very laid back beach theme. ... Plus, that my tacos came with street corn that was pretty decent and not too over sauced. But you can easily become over saucedwith their $5 margaritas on certain days. No Tatts for me tho. Food is ok but I think you are here more for the atmosphere. Read more
Loved my first visit here. The staff is very nice and Alice took care of me as my server and she was great to talk to and I... loved everything. The cheese dip with nachos was awesome and it is a cool atmosphere and also has plenty of room to sit outside. Read more
Always wanted to visit this taco joint. It fell short to impress as it wasn't the wow factor I expected. Granted it was mid week... and mid day however the empty tables and chairs are not what earned them in my opinion a 2star. The service was friendly and fortake out took 10-15mins not bad. My surprise came when I grabbed my bag and it was so light. Without tip it was $20. Theportions was small and the corn (took pic of the kernels) were so small it was like biting into nothing. However though, theseasonings used were delicious. Now my $ 20 tacos....I got the Alambre....it was steak, salsa and lettuce. The steak for overcooked and I got one piece of steak in all 3 tacos. Again, the flavor was fantastic. In conclusion it's a great place for a TGIFwith your friends or after work crowd. Don't worry about cost when you're out for a good time. Definitely, not recommended for aplace to go during lunch break to grab a bite. I'll cost you more than an hr's work depending on what you earn. We dounderstand restaurants were hit hard with covid however we were all hit in our pockets. So ensure you provide a fair portionthat matches the price you're asking. Great experience. Our server was honest and knowledgeable of the menu. His suggestions were spot on. Serving at Tatts & Tacos... can’t be an easy job but he made it look easy and enjoyable. Deal with an irate/difficult guest then still keeping a smilewith his other tables, (we still owe him that drink after work) we will definitely be back next Taco-Tuesday! Read more
We attended a special event that was organized specifically for a group of plant-based and vegan people who love to have fun and... meet others with similar interests. The restaurant arranged an assortment of 5 different vegan tacos (black bean, refried bean,walnut, portobello, and quinoa) and had some amazing drink specials too! The server at my table, Chloe, was awesome! She wassuper attentive and took great care of us. We had a blast! Read more
