Waited 25 minutes drive thru and didn't even get up to where you order and backed out worst service ever
Never open or not enough staff to run properly. Rude employees and always messing up orders.
24hr? Got to the drive through about 11 and come to find some chairs blocking the drive through. I try to walk inside the lobby,... open the door, when a worker jumps out of his car from the parking lot saying they're on a ?30 min lunch?. Whole place wasclosed. Asked for a manager and was told there was no manager on staff. Guess since theres no manager the staff gets to run theplace how they please :). Thats jack for You Read more
Very poor costumer service, the lady name Ivette who works in the drive thru she was so rude. FYI we?re costumers and we paid... for what we get we don?t need an extra attitude/ rudeness. Lady If you?re not happy at your job just don?t share/show it withanyone if you?re miserable, just do your job professionally. Not going to make any business in this area anymore, not evendeserve 1 star but I have to write my review. Read more
This Jack In the box needs better management, they often close early. Their was 3 employees inside the location just talking at... 9:30pm 6/15/22 and the drive thru was closed. It is a shame I often have to go to another fast food restaurant as this locationcloses when they want. Read more
This place says its open 24/7 but the drive through is closed half the time at night. Terrible.
I've been going to this locations for the past 2 years, and I love Jack, so I never really had the need to post a review, but I... was mistreated today from this locations. While I was ordering the woman over the mic interrupted me and stopped taking myorder, when I pulled up to the window I told the nice cashier that I wasn't finished ordering and she finished my order but whenI got my food I found that 2 of the tacos I ordered were drenched in sauce to the point where it was leaking out of the littlebag. The woman who took my order clearly was having a bad day but I don't appreciate that she took it out on me without reason.Regardless I'll still go to this location and hope she has a better day.
