I wish there was 0 star because that?s what this store deserves . I always go to Starbucks near highway 4 and 160. I tried this... store because they didn?t have travelers size coffee. And this is the last time I will go here . Very rude and unprofessionalpeople . I ordered my coffee @ 6:20 and it was supposed to be ready by 7:05 . I walked in @ 7:15 and asked politely how muchmore time it will take, the first person was super rude and answered ? I DONT KNOW? and didn?t even try to find out . It tookover hour and half to get it ready . Out of 3 travelers size coffee , 2 of them were half empty. There was a time when all thecoffee was ready but they hold me up for another 15 min to pack some sugar and stirs on a lil bag . I was late to our clubmeeting where everyone was waiting for this coffee. I hope they get lil training on customer service and professionalism. I willhighly highly recommend to drive .5 miles and try other Starbucks( highway 4 and 160) as they have better client orientedservice Read more

The staff was simply wonderful and the drinks that they made were awesome their attitudes are great I love this place

I like how this one is near my house. They?re always busy at the drive-thru. So we like to go inside. I also like to see what... new cups and tumblers they have in stock. The staff are nice enough but they can never get my name right. Maybe next time. Read more

Staff needs to interact more with patrons as they enter and leave. A greeting and interaction would go a long ways to make you... feel welcome. Otherwise it?s a pleasant atmosphere with nice seating. Read more

Drinks were delicious as usual! Only downfall is the customer service could be better. I've been in customer service for 14... years, it is very important to me. I was greeted although it was a very much so, I'm only greeting you because I'm getting paidvibe! I feel like if you chose to do the application and accept employment with a place where your face to face with the publicyou should be for lack of better words, more friendly/ outgoing! ???? I ordered the wrong drink, got half way to my destination, realized it needed to be sugar free. I was in a hurry, went back,... totally expecting to pay for new drink. They replaced my drink and didn't charge me!!! Plus they were so polite and helpful. I love that Starbucks! Read more
