Giving a one star since I can?t get zero. My family and I went into the Oakley Pizza Hut tonight and walked out 45 minutes... later. The service was TERRIBLE! Our evening started when our waiter spilt a drink on my husband and then never returned tocleaned it up. A different crew member came and cleaned up our table five minutes later. Our original waiter never returned andwe were ignored the whole time. My husbands drink was never refilled from being spilt and our order was never taken. We didn?teven get menus until the last minute. We were the ONLY people in Pizza Hut! I literally watched the crew chit chat in the backwhile occasionally glancing at us. Facility was clean and quiet. The team worked quickly on our order and it was correct. There's not much to stop for in Oakley... but this worked just fine. It would be nice if they had some dedicated GF cook and serving ware, but they did have GF pizza. Theprice was a little higher than I would have liked for a couple of pizzas but that's the way things seem to be for now. Read more
I love Pizza hut pizza. Having said that, there are plenty of ways the restaurants can mess up these menu items. Things like... poor or indifferent service, or skimping on toppings are just a couple. Having been to almost every pizza hut in northwestKansas (haven't been to Hill City yet), Oakley's has consistently hit all the marks when I've been in. For this reason, thisstore gets a rare 4-star rating from me, as I usually rate chain stores as a 3. Keep up the good work guys and gals! Read more

This Pizza Hut rocks! They deliver now, which is awesome, and if they get your order wrong, they fix it SUPER FAST! Tip them... BIG! They deserve it! Also, if you're not in the mood for pizza, they have pasta and sandwiches and all kinds of other goodies!YUM! Edit: I had yet another positive five star experience with this Pizza Hut! If I could enter multiple reviews, I would, butI suppose adding an edit will have to do.
