Always a pleasant experience. Staff is courteous. Ice cream is great. Sorbet typically available for non dairy folks.
The ice cream was very good and the staff was quick and very friendly. The seating area with picnic tables was a little less... appealing (a little dirty and some of the picnic tables looked they were in need of replacement.) But we will definitely goback. Read more

I walk in Oakmont all the time and I've passed by Brr Kee's very many times. Today I finally stopped by and got myself some of... their peanut butter yogurt (frozen yogurt). First off, it's important to remember they are cash only. As others noted, it's abit of nuisance, but it's alright. The prices for the ice cream are fairly cheap. There's a great variety of options to choosefrom. You can get pints, quarts, and even 1/2 gallons of the daily flavors. One slightly annoying thing about the menu is theway in which it's presented outside the store. For instance, someone in my group wanted to get their sorbet bowl which wasadvertised right outside the store on a whiteboard. However, they told us they were out not only of the the sorbet bowl, but ofall sorbet. It would be nice if they had erased the option once they ran out. I also couldn't find their yogurt flavor and onlyknew about it because of a post in their Facebook. However, I must say that the product is pretty tasty. It's not the best icecream or frozen dessert I've ever had, but it satisfied me. It was packed to the brim! The texture was good for a frozen yogurtand the peanut butter flavor was great. However, I would have loved actual peanut butter ripples/streaks instead of just apeanut butter flavored yogurt base. All in all, I'm going to return, simply because it's nearby, has great variety, and theprices are reasonable. I hope they start erasing products they are out of from the whiteboard. Read more
Beware if you don't "look rich." Showed up with my boyfriend and the customers stared at us the entire time and got all quiet... when we were near them. I was treated like a second class citizen by staff as well. I felt eyes on me the entire time we werewaiting for our ice cream, and everyone was quiet until we left to go to our car. The best of the best ice cream shoppe! Always a different rotation of flavors and specialty, house made sundaes. Remember it?s... cash only but absolutely affordable. My favorite flavor that has been available so far is espresso and my favorite sundae isstill around the cinnamon caramel brownie. Read more
