Chicken cut perfectly, served me the perfect amount of food, great music, they had spoons, wonderful staff. Overall great... experience 10/10 I?ve been to 10+ chipotles and chipotle is my favorite fast food, and this by far was the most consistentlysuperb chipotle I had ever step foot in my entire life. This store does not give you what you are paying for. Its been 3 tims that im asking for HALF CHICKEN HALF STEAK and they give... me exactly EXACTLY 5 pieces of chickn qnd smae for steak meaning they are not acctualy filling half the spoon which is the fullportion but rather 1/10th and if you dare to ask for more they will give you a look and say it will be extera or jokingly put 1more piece in there. I have worked at chipotle before and i know the portions these people should have a whole new training andlearn how to treat customers. Read more
This place has the worst service of any chipotle in the area. If you ask for a drink they will automatically give you a large... and up charge you, rather than giving the standard size (imagine if every fast food place automatically charged you for a largedrink anytime you simply said you wanted a drink). I only know this because I have ordered drinks at other chipotle locationsand they are much smaller and this has happened multiple visits at this store. They are generally light handed on the meat andguac. On another visit I was the only customer in the store and watched the staff make a catering order for 15 burritos whilemaking me wait and not acknowledging that I was even there. Read more

Came in here and asked for a kids meal. They prepared an adult meal instead. I told them it was fine but that I wasn't going to... pay the adult price as I had ordered the smaller meal... They proceed to throw away the meal even as I'm asking them not to andthat I'd rather pay more $ than be wasteful. They proceed to throw away the meal anyways. Cheap and inconsiderate. With so muchhunger around the world, your policy shouldn't be to throw away food. Own up to your employees mistakes and honor the lesserprice as opposed to creating waste.
