I?m writing this review hoping there will be some changes. I?m a frequent cafe-goer and this is my closest coffee shop from... home, but I have to visit coffee shops that are further. Unlike other Starbucks and coffee shops, I always feel like folks areunwelcome to sit down and stay. The highlight was when a staff dragged 10+ chairs consecutively using her feet on the tiledflooring while holding a box. Three tables including mine left right after that happened. Sometimes I wonder if the staffs aremaking noises purposefully so that people will leave. Despite not many people being there, I cant meet people here either asothers complained about the noise level. I see the staff are trying as they always cheerfully greet every customer that walksinto the store. I'm not sure if this was advised by their managers as they didn't do this years ago. However, the coffee shop isnot an Izakya, so I find this unnecessary and hope they will focus on making this place more inviting by upping the hygiene andreducing the unnecessary noise levels, and training the staff it's okay for people to stay and sit down and enjoy for an hour ortwo. I find this place uncomfortable after 10 - 15 min in. The Starbucks company itself is focusing on encouraging thecollaborations with Meetup to make their stores hubs for people to hangout and hold events, but I feel like this store is notquite onboard with that. I very much hope to see improvements, so that I can come here during the middle of the day when I don'tfeel like working and need some refreshments, and be able to meet or host different events here during the midweek evening. The staff at this location are all stars. Not only are they friendly and cheerful seemingly no matter what, but they are great... at handling the chaos that is mobile v. in-store orders. Twice in my groggy, morning state I accidentally ordered through theStarbucks app, only to realize I meant to order through Uber Eats. Assuming I?d just cut my losses on what I ordered through theStarbucks app, both times I then immediately placed the same exact order through Uber Eats. (Total first world problems andsituation, I know.) In both instances the store staff suspected the mistake, and called me right away to clarify through whichmeans I wanted my order. In one case they were out of oat milk and also asked what I?d like instead. Thank you to this team whois going above and beyond in a market of staff shortages, supply chain struggles, and mobile order overload. Ya?ll rock. Read more

The male barista, without a name tag, told me yesterday that I couldn't order a Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino... said the season was... over. I questioned why it was still on the menu, he said they hadn't changed it yet. To make the visit more pleasant, I waited15 minutes while they made online orders... not another person in the store. Too many other Starbucks in the area that providegreat service. I purchased two pumpkin based coffees shortly after... at another location. Read more
now there is no newspaper at all! does someone not understand a newspaper and coffee go together! fortunately there are... alternatives. always dirty both inside and out. cigarette butts, coffee cups, napkins and other trash outside. inside stuff allover the floor. rarely has a newspaper. recently renovated and still dirty with poor service. trash inside and out and of thefive service people they all ignored a new customer. the place clearly needs a good manager! No complaints on a service front, but this is definitely not the best Starbucks coffee I've had. Try a different location.
