There is a girl that says she is a light brunette haired manager who works there who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I... have been a longtime customer of Tropical Smoothie and have never been treated so poorly simply for asking for proper and safefood service. Her behavior was shocking; yelling and arguing with me at the counter, rolling her eyes, refusing my request tolet the ladies who are properly masked and gloved to make my drinks, etc. She was unmasked, did not wear gloves or wash herhands while working at counter then going back to make drinks. have had two awful interactions with her and will never come backto this store which I have gone to for year. I asked for contact info. for general manager or corporate and she very rudely saidthey dont give out that information why would that be secret? In today's economic client, having and employee, especially amanager treat customers so poorly is not wise. I took my busines to Smoothie King near the Fairfax Courthouse. The service anddrinks were great, and the store was very clean. I would love to hear from a regional manager or corporate. Read more

For a fast casual chain, this place isn?t half bad. Every time I?ve been here, I?ve never had issues with the food or smoothies.... On top of that, the food tastes pretty good! I usually get the Jamaican chicken wrap and a smoothie. This last time I went I gotthe pumpkin chai smoothie which was surprisingly amazing. I?ll be honest, I did not expect much going here except food that?sbetter than McDonald?s (not much of a standard). But every time I go, I?m pleasantly surprised. I ordered a flat bread and a smoothie and I got my flat bread pretty quickly. It was fine, but my smoothie never came. After a... few minutes I asked about my smoothie and the staff member said I didn't order one. I was understanding and just requestedanother (even though the 4 people I was with remember me ordering one). When I went to pay for it, he tried to charge me fullprice instead of the $3.50 price when you order food with your smoothie. I voiced that I had already paid for food and ordereda smoothie the first time. He said I would have to order more food to get that price or I would be paying almost $6 for mysmoothie!! He was very rude and didn't seem to care that he had messed up my order the first time. I said forget it and neverreceived a smoothie. I like the food here a lot, but please consider offering some coupons or promo codes. I'd like to come once per week, but $15+... for smoothie/wrap is way too much. I can get a good salad, bowl, or sandwich in this area for $10-12, so I can't justify thesehigh prices. Read more
