If you don't have at least 15-20 minutes (if no one is there) then don't go. I live 1 minute away and will ONLY go if there are... zero cars in the drive thru... today I tried to go grab a quick burger and there were 2 cars in the drive thru, I waited behindthe one ordering for about 4 minutes before backing out as they didn't move... then proceeded to go inside with 1 couple infront of me. It took about 3 minutes for someone to tale their order and then disappear leaving me standing there for who knowshow long. At this point, 0 cars in the drive thru , 3 humans in the restaurant including me, not ONE employee looked like theyhad anything to do or any sense of purpose while I stood there. I ultimately did not get to order any food despite waiting about12-13 minutes total (with 3 customers people....) I am very disappointed. A&W claims to be all that, and sadly, McDonalds has delivered better. Fries and onion rings on a couple... of occasions have been over salted - inedible. We ordered ?everything? on the burger and got mayo and lettuce. $30 later, Itried submitting a feedback form! Here?s the kicker! You can?t! The website will not let you submit. Sorry, A&W, I tried.
