Ordered from SkipTheDishes from this location. They ?forgot? to give the driver half of my order. The driver told me to call the... store. They assured me that their manager was coming and would be at my house in 15 mins. 20 mins later I call the store. Theyinform me that their manager is not there and will not be coming to drop off my kids smoothies. I am very disappointed with thelying of the employees of this store and I will let everyone know that they are not customer service oriented as when I calledthem back the employee I talked to gave me a lot of attitude. Usually I don?t have a problem at this location, usually everything is delicious. Today I went in with my fiancé and it was... just different. We went and ordered our smoothies, there was nobody else in there, and yet somehow my fiancé got a smoothie hedidn?t ask for and mine was just gross (though that last point isn?t the fault of the staff). This location has the best owners! Sandy and Andy are great people doing great things with this location. The food is fresh and... delicious. I told Sandy that sometimes i feel the panini/wraps or even the smoothies are made by a mom. They taste different ina very good way!
