This Oakville location is awful. Not a Burrito Boyz experience that you get from other locations! The food handlers stood... there together staring at you. Then, they were constantly chatting away. Also, you have to state all the toppings you wantedat the cashier (unlike other Burrito Boyz locations). The cashier also asked for your phone number (which is not necessary ifyou are ordering right in the restaurant). Now, the food - the worst steak burrito we?ve ever had. This in no way reflects on the employees. Big smiles, good attitude, and friendly. Good people. The food: To call the food... plastic would be an insult to plastic. The system is such that you have to pick every topping? zero respect for the cuisine. Theprice for what you get is not worth it. I paid over 50 and even though the quantity was ok, the quality was so poor that I feltripped off. I could have went anywhere else. Now before the rest of you rip into me, I understand BBoys is a chain and I shouldnot expect any sort of authentic Mexican food, but this, as a stand alone experience was below almost anything I ate in a longwhile. They used to give full bowl of steak , but now you have to pay increased price with much less steak!
Went to this location this noon and ordered a steak burrito and a haddock bowl. Loved the way it felt so delicious and fresh.... Everything was top notch. From food to sitting arrangement everything was great. A great spot. Great bang for buck.. Read more
Service is a big ZERO at this location. I was initially very pleased - impressed even - with the manager there named ?Arjun?... who handled my last catering order so I decided to give them repeat business. I just called to place a second large order of500$ + and was hung up on 3 times by the ?ladies? answering the phones. Management should train staff on phone etiquette oryou?ll keep missing out on sales. Repeat business is crucial to the success of a franchise like this and employees should havebetter respect for their own livelihoods. Very disappointing. That said the avrg customer shouldn?t hesitate to pop in for asingle burrito. The food is good and is on par with the old original burrito boyz location in Toronto on Peter Street. Read more
Probably go here more then I should but its so tasty, they unlike another burrito place across the street Do not cheap out on... the size, always big and filling. Great value and quick service. Love that they keep your last order so if your a creature ofhabit its easy ordering. Read more
Ordered the sweet potato burrito since there was a two for one deal going on and the taste was lighter than a meat burrito which... I was hoping for. The ingredients were really fresh and delicious .
