The Representative, who refused to give his name, was rude, obnoxious and condescending. We have been loyal customers of this... location and regularly recommend it to others. We have, on occasion, ordered 100 pieces to cater for kids' parties. We calledtoday to do the same - we explained we wanted to order 100 pieces at the rate of the 12-piece boxes (which would come to approx$250 plus tax). The rep refused to honour this deal (on their site) and instead insisted he was giving an ?amazing? discountwhile quoting $390 (using the two-piece rate plus a ?discount?). It was clear there was a communication issue, as he didn'tunderstand the intended order or the math behind it. When we sought to explain our position - he became belligerent and rude,raised his voice, and said my wife was ?talking nonsense,? among other snippy comments. When I went to the store to complain tohis manager, he approached the entire event arrogantly and was unapologetic. He initially refused to speak with me in person -apparently only comfortable being rude and aggressive with my wife over the phone. At the insistence of Abdul, another employeethere who was very reasonable, the unnamed employee eventually stated, ?he was sorry my wife?s feelings were hurt.? Throughoutthe event, he was cranky and obnoxious and arrogant. He refused to acknowledge the things he had said and continued to insistupon the ?nonsense? of our position. Notable we got a superior deal from Popeyes with a 5 min call. This unnamed representativehas single-handedly lost chicken squared our, and our family and friends' business, with his behaviour and inability to addressit with a modicum of good customer service. Staff is definately not friendly and welcoming. First time coming here and highly disappointed with the food quality. Ordered... one popcorn chicken, a big crisp combo and a quarter chargha. For starters, the fries were soggy and the popcorn chicken lackedflavor. The popcorn chicken looked like a mix between a chicken tender and a nugget. Not my definition of popcorn chicken atall. The big crisp sandwich was awful. The bun easily breaks apart and there are too many flavors, plus it was salty. Thechargha was so dry and did not like the flavor. Amazing service from the guy that takes my order on the phone, and when I pick it up. Had the Gyro meal on a wednesday when its... on special, and couldn't complain for the price, salad, yellow rice, good chicken, with garlic sauce. Had the chicken meal thenext day and loved the fries and burger. Now, I go every Wednesday and Thursday for these 2 meals! Read more

Staff is extremely rude, impolite and unprofessional. We had 2 small kids with us and the 4 year old had his own food, the... older guy there was so rude about it that we ended up not ordering anything and leaving. Owners if you are reading this, pleasechange the staff! Read more
