This place has severely gone downhill. I?ve been here quite a few times but not since the pandemic. Took my son there for lunch... today and was very disappointed. Firstly, there was an odor in there that was off. Secondly, the floor under the table wasriddled with hash browns from a previous patron. And now for the food? I ordered a grand slam with pancakes. The meal is MUCHsmaller than it used to be, the toast must have been sitting for a long time because it was rock hard and the butter wouldn?tmelt on it. The blueberries in my pancake were hard, but not cold like they were frozen, just hard. The bacon was very dark frombeing over cooked and I remember a time when half of the plate would be hash browns - well that is definitely no longer thecase. My son ordered the junior French toast which was very sad. It was whole wheat bread , very lightly dipped in some kind ofegg batter, but it basically looked like heated brown bread with icing sugar on it. He even commented that ?this doesn?t tastelike French toast?. Unfortunately, I didn?t think to take a picture until it was too late. Sad to say, but done with thislocation for sure. Read more
Great location. Staff was super friendly. Only con is they were out of a few menu items and weren't able to do many... substitutions, which is a bit frustrating if you don't eat pork. Food prices are pretty reasonable and the food is fine. But they really get you on the drinks. $4 for coffee? And predictably,... when you need a refill the server is nowhere to be found. Oddly, this location offers free kids meals after 4pm on Tuesdays...But they're not open after 4pm on any day. Read more
Went here for lunch with a friend. Loved their Jala bac burger with a grilled Jalapeño on the top. Service was excellent.
This is my favorite breakfast/brunch place. We ordered the Philly steak omelette and Pot Roast Philly Melt sandwich. Both were... perfectly cooked. Usually, I order pancakes but since I wanted a small portion, I ordered the chocolate pancake puppies and theywere amazing. All the items in their menu are fantastic. You can't go wrong at Denny's. We came for breakfast but we were seated for a very long time despite most tables are available. We need to follow-up our food... twice too and there were only 2 staff on the floor to serve. I?m a Denny?s enthusiast, I love their all-day breakfast menu and anything here never disappoints at all. My favorite dish here... is caramel-banana pancakes breakfast. It has all the basic needs for a yummy breakfast for whoever that doesn?t eat eggs likeme. The servers are super nice and everything seemed fresh and tasted as if I were at an authentic Denny?s diner in the States. Read more
My son and I use to go to dennys every year after New Years where we use to live and he was taking about how he wanted to go. I... had no idea we had one so close here in Oakville! So as a treat I ordered it off skip. My expectations were not very highespecially ordering breakfast for delivery, HOWEVER. Everything was awesome. Delivery was fast, food was still hot, greatportions, packaged well, and delicious. The only thing that wasn?t great was the toast, but I mean- it?s toast that wasdelivered, it?s not meant to be great. Also a handwritten note hoping we enjoyed the meal. I dig it. One of the best parts wasthe price for each meal, two kids meals for under ten bucks and the portions were large. Kids meals are always expensive and youget scraps, not the case here at all. will absolutely be ordering here again. Read more
