Today I went to this location to have lunch with a co-worker. My first bad impression was when I said HI to the cashier, he was... so disrespectful that changed my mood immediately. It looked like he did. It want to be there working. Is that my fault???.Second, I ordered a Cobb salad and he told me that they did not have Romain. How could you stock out lettuce in a place whereall your meals have lettuce?. The way he communicated they do not have lettuce was also 0% polite. Nice and clean, fast service and a friendly staff. I got the Buddha's Satay in a bowl, for protein I add chicken. This bowl was... fairly big and filling. If you want to eat health, you got to eat here! Read more
This location went above and beyond my expectations ???? We ordered one bowl through Skip the Dishes and we were pleasantly... surprised to find complimentary energy bites & a ginger lemonade Kombucha in the bag too! It was a thoughtful touch as we havebeen going through a stressful situation at home, this brightened our day a little bit. By far my favourite Freshii location. service is wonderful, they're warm and friendly, they don't rush you they are never rude,... and I actually feel valued as a customer. Love this place. The place is clean and beautifully decorated. The staffs are polite and very accomodating. They serve very... fresh and tasty salads and drinks. The wait time is relatively short but I wished they had a larger sitting area. Read more
In Oakville and were looking to quickly have something lighter and found this fairly new location. The inside clean and bright.... Ordered a Mediterranean Bowl with Falafel, A Market Bowl and an Umamii Bowl. As it was hot day also ordered a Recoverii smoothiewithout honey to make it Vegan. The order was provided quickly. Both the Mediterranean and the Market Bowls were done topnotch. The Umamii bowl did not have any (or perhaps very little) ginger miso dressing. Took it back and requested for somedressing and the person reaction was amazing. He was so apologetic and kind and quickly added the dressing was so kind that hemade sure we were OK I put in an extra star for the care and effort. Perhaps the order was messed or perhaps I was a bit messedup (totally possible), however the reaction was priceless. Customer service at best. The smoothie, I wasn't pleased with it.Not a smoothie person myself maybe that's why. The mango, pineapple and banana flavour were all there, but somehow it justdidn't elevate the taste. Read more
Good portion sizes, clean restaurant and friendly staff. I recently made an order through the app which did not go through on my... end, however the restaurant received my order and I was charged for it. Both the Freshii customer service and the manager ofthis store were quick to respond, and offered me multiple options for the refund. I was happy to also see a gift card balanceappear in my app. It is obvious that Freshii (and this location in particular) really care about keeping their customershappy. Another thing to note: some franchises unfortunatley skimp on the ingredients, but this one in particular has reallywell trained staff who give the right portion sizes. As a vegan I also appreciate the ability to customize the bowls to myliking. A word of warning for vegans: the beet slaw has honey and the green curry has dairy. No matter your dietary preferences,this is a great spot for healthy, filling food. Read more
