Been getting pizza from them for years but we order a pizza and the crust has several pieces of glass small shards up to a... dime size chunk . Son cut gums . Call and tell customer service and their offer is a free pizza. I wanted money back and shehung up on me . Daughters friend got glass same night I phone the customer service a few days later when charge shows upon my Visa , I get the same girl who tells me manager will call me. No call ..So now they get a charge back and lose acustomer for life, well done . A simple sorry of course we will give credit could have fixed it . Read more
Normally this place is great, recently we placed order online, added 1.00 for online payment tip. We also had a 5.00 bill for... driver upon arrival. Found this note in our pizza after the fact, our food was very under cooked too, horrible experience, thiswas the last time.. Read more

weird pricing! a medium size pizza with 3 toppings ordered online = a large one with 3 toppings = $15 + tax
I have been buying pizza from here for over twenty years and they are always consistently fast, friendly and the pizza is great!
We ordered. 12" pizza thick crust bread with customized topping of chic, onion & mushroom. We loved the crunch of the veggies &... the bread & the cheese balance along with the sauce!! But the show stealer was the wings, the hot sauce is a killer , we lovedhow well the wings are made, often times the sauce kills the taste of the wings completely, but Ginos for sure knows how yo keepit perfect!!
