I placed an order at 10pm yesterday on the app. Website says they are open until 11. The app took my order and my money and said... that my order would be ready at 10:19pm. When I got there the whole place was closed! Lights out no cars in the parking lot. NowI understand yesterday was a holiday and the hours may have changed but the app should not have taken my order. Going today tohopefully get my money back but I won't be coming here again. Read more
Try less condiments on a junior burger. Hell had I wanted a bunch with mustard I would have asked for that. Harvey's has gone... downhill from what it was. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon Read more
How the mighty have fallen! We used to come to Harvey's for the high quality food. But that quality is nowhere to be found... anymore. Got the crispy chicken burger that was so dry with barely any meat in the patty and sooo chewy that it makes wonder howmany times it was reheated. Definitely lost us as their customers! Read more
One of the best experience visiting Harvey?s so far. This location is combined with Swiss chalet, two separate dining areas for... Swiss chalet guests and another one is for Harvey?s guests. Friendly, attentive staff on site, our order was carefully preparedand we had a chance to sit in the dining area. Not too crowded even though we came on Sunday at around lunch time. Highlyrecommend! Food was good and the guy who was working the front cash was friendly and let me take a few minutes to look at the menu to... decide on what I wanted which I ended up going with a Buffalo chicken poutine. Was pretty quick to get only thing however isthere were no directions that there is only a little tiny section to sit in if you're ordering Harvey's whereas 98% of thedining tables were set aside for Swiss Chalet guests, it would be more beneficial especially during this pandemic to have somesort of signage or somebody saying this is an area set aside for people who are dining in to eat at Harvey's. Great hamburgers but we waited 20 min in drive through even tho no one was ahead of us. Then, they screwed up our order twice.... Booooo bad service. Read more
