For the longest time only 1 employee for the entire store, as a result they always messed up your order, recently I ordered the... Chicago style pizza and what a dissatisfaction, I tried from another location close to work and it was great pizza(they had like3 members taking care of the store) that's why my deduction for poor service and quality at this location, not to mention if youorder crazy sauce, they barely put any in the container, I get it time are difficult and got to cut costs but the moment qualityis compromised that should be a no no for GM or the owner in particular. This location if you order online you can even use thetracker because the girl is trying to keep up with all the duties. Don't get me completely wrong if you want to order just aregular Pepperoni and not one of the specialty items then go for it, it's really hard to messed on that but if you want to try adifferent then safe your money or try other options. I have been a customer for a long time. Every time whenI call to order pizza, Nav would pick up the call right away and greet professionally and say? Hello Gary, do you want to orderXXXX just as usual?? I say yes! I don?t even need to say a word. This shows that Nav cares about her customers and she makesDELICIOUS pizzas too! I just picked up their pepporni pizza special. By the time I got home it was cold. My drive was only 10 minutes. My feeling is... the pizza I got was made a long time ago and sitting in the heating section. I complained bit there was no offer to refund. Just" sorry for your experience". Ordered 3 pretzel crust pepperoni pizza?s with 2 crazy bread to only find out after I got home they forgot something very... important...THE PRETZEL crust!!! Instead we got 3 pizzas that looked disgusting. Picture attached. Very disappointed. Wenormally come to this location regularly and last week I tried the pretzel crust for the first time and was raving about it tomy family and friends on how delicious it was. Today was extremely busy I?m thinking because of Halloween.
