The self service machine for ordering let me process the order and pay for the order, but came up with "printing error". Spoke... to an employee who said it had been doing that all morning. Why not put a note on the machine to say it's out of service? On theflip side, the employee was proactive and made sure I got my order. Read more
The absolute worst McDonald's I've had the displeasure of eating at in my entire life. Burned nuggets and cardboard stale... fries? Check. Nasty, smelly beef? Check. McChicken that tastes like it's a day old? Check. I have only had ONE positiveexperience at this particular McDonald's the entire year. Read more
They could save us time standing in the long queue by letting us know what items are not available, for example today was the... turn of the ice-creams. Why does it take so long to serve people? Always go here and take an ice cream cone with an extra empty cone to make it 2 small kid size ice creams; always staff were... nice and help me with my request. Today I had a very bad experience with someone who called herself shift manager Heredeep or asimilar name was so rude and gave me 2 empty cones and charged me $3.8 !! Another staff had my ice creams melted and didn?t givethem to me! They had a meeting about the issue! And when I refused to pay price for 4 ice creams, she asked me to pass the emptycones back to her. I was surprised because we touched the cones! I have never seen such an uncivilized behaviour in thiscountry. I don?t understand this culture. Read more
Worse service I've ever received at any fast food restaurant ever. Staff is pleasant but they constantly mess up on the orders.... I usually let it go but a couple of times it was a bigger than average issue. I contacted their customer service via theMcDonald's app and they tell worse than the staff working at the location. One of the times they've sent me expired coupons asan "apology" for giving me the wrong item but the coupons were expired. When I reached back out to the CS with a picture of thecoupons, they kept claiming they didn't send it. I emailed them a copy of the letter that it came it, stamped and everything butthey keep refusing to accept their error. Read more
My husband took our 5 year old son there this morning and just as they finished their meal the manager walked over and offered... our son a vanilla ice cream. Such a small gesture goes a long way and made his day. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!! Read more
Very quick service offered by well-trained polite staff. Ordered my Angus with extra bacon strips no bun and no spice making it... a wonderful gluten-free experience for a celiac like me. **** Follow up visit 3 years later..... Served at the inside counterby polite and friendly staff, ordered McDouble with no buns extra pickles and onions and three slices of tomato, added a sideorder of french fries, and once again a perfect lunch for a gluten-free Celiac like me. The drive thru cashier couldn't wait to shut the window on me. The food server was a space acdet and didn't realize he didn't... give me the fries. Got home and didn't have one of my sandwiches. How hard is it to be kind to your customers? How difficult isit to read a screen and get an order right? Doesn't help that I spent a mint there on garbage. Never again, and I suggest no oneuse this location or restaurant chain again. Waste of time, money, energy and good health. Read more
