We occasionally get food from this establishment, via in person or delivery. Food is usually very good but I find it depends on... who is preparing the food. There is a couple that are very stingy with the ingredients. This past week we placed a deliveryorder, 2 steak burrito bowls one of them was to be double meat. We got 1 regular steak and 1 shrimp bowl. Thankfully thedelivery service was able to refund our money on the one bowl. I added the photo of the wrong dish that we received. Spent $57 on dinner and had to throw the majority of them out. My pork bowl was SOOO salty to a point I simply cannot eat it. My... friends also said their bowls r too salty too. Guacamole cost extra and it has many of this big piece of avocado that?s notripe. This place claims to be real Mexican. Plz tell me Mexicans don?t make their guacamole using unripe avocado like this andjust chop them in half that?s it The service is mediocre too. Today we tried the Mucho Burrito at Dundas/Trafalgar in Oakville. I placed our order online and chose the curbside pickup... option. It asks for your vehicle details including your license plate number. We waited for our order, which was supposed to beready at about 1:50pm. About ten minutes after that time, I called to inquire about the status of our order. The phone wasrudely answered with just a "Hello", no indication that I had reached the restaurant. I asked if this was Mucho Burrito. Thereply "Yeah". I explained that we had placed an order for curbside pickup and the young man told me "it's ready." I asked if itwas being brought out as it was ordered for curbside pickup. The young man said that they don't get that information on thereceipt?? He then brought it out after asking which vehicle we were in. The food was ice cold and had clearly been sitting forsome time. Definitely disappointed about the customer service and cold food after spending $49.61 plus tip on lunch. I amattaching a photo of the receipt (personal details blocked out) which clearly shows the vehicle information is provided on thereceipt. Sadly it was an overall disappointing experience. *****Update- I have emailed the store twice since they responded tomy review. I have not received a response. I'm incredibly disappointed. I emailed them on November 19 and November 27. We arenow into December without a response. I think this just adds to how highly unprofessional this location is. They act like theywant to correct their errors but then don't actually follow through. Sad. ***Update- June 2022- The store did not respond to myemails at all. Terrible customer service. The Build Your Own burritos are huge. Happy that they have the Beyond Meat option. Cinco de Mayo special made this a great deal.... The chips are very bland, even with the queso or salsa. Toppings are quite good, but would have given 5 stars if addingguacamole was not an extra charge. Read more
