This place has great ambience with friendly staff. They know what they?re doing and what they?re talking about, and you can tell... making the customers happy is their main priority. Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes like chicken served on rice, fries andsalads. Wide variety of meat and also veg option available recommend to everyone! Normally osmows is a great place and I have a great time and excellent food but don?t let this location ruin osmows name it... seems like they couldn?t care less to be employed and clearly hate their job my wrap was just not wrapped 1 single bite andalmost all of the toppings came directly out of the bottom on to my car seat at that point I looked and realized that they hadforgotten to even put everything I asked for on the wrap. My girlfriend ordered a chicken poutine normally an absolutely greatmeal but this time we got very little sauce and little chicken. What an awful experience walking into this place. As I ordered the older gentleman behind the counter was rude, and crass, and... felt it necessary to yell at me. He clearly does not know the menu, as I ordered a Cesar salad (and a wrap) but yelled to tellme NO CESAR. Until his coworker corrected him. At this point in time I had decided supporting this location was not what Iwanted, I left, without food. Which meant, I now have no food until my shift is done at 10 pm. Food is normally pretty tasty here, I always get a chicken shawarma combo or chicken on the rocks. Took my wife and daughter... there last night for dinner. I am not one to complain too much, but I noticed there wasn't a table to sit at that wasn't dirtyfrom the person eating before. Also my wife took our daughter to the washroom and she said it was filthy. The store wasn't busyat the time , no excuse for it being that dirty. Read more
Do not recommend new OZ BOX thing, which is smaller in portion size and higher in price. Better to go with shawarma and salads... separately to get the best value for the money. The ttaste of the sauces have decreased drastically and they were watery ashell. Used to be a frequent customer, but thinking twice now. Disappointed with the last visit ???? Read more
