Bought two extra large trays for my son's second birthday party. Hoping to save some time so we could spend more time with... family. First issue was there were no heating instructions with the order. We called and got mixed instructions fromstaff. Second issue was the tray of tortellini. When it was finished cooking the tray buckled when removing from the ovencausing the tortellini to spill all over the floor and in the oven. With the weight of the pasta it should have had two trays,either that or the tray came dented on one side which cause it to buckle. We salvaged maybe 30% of the pasta that was on the topof the pile on the floor. The Primavera was really good and I didn't have any issues with that tray. Read more

Got chicken parmesan and pasta for a group of 8 at our house. Food was excellent and there was 25% more than what we... ordered. Only area for improvement would be the heating instructions. The chicken needed 15 to 20 minutes more time in the oventhan the instructions indicated. Read more
This was our go to place for quick and yummy pastas. The pre made dishes are better then some freshly made pastas I've... had. This place only get 3 stars for me, why the service sucks. Some of the people behind the counter needs to be taken down afew notches. Their poor attitude, eye rolling and the whisper in their breath has pushed me away from coming back. I tried their veggie lasagna at a Baby shower. Today we went and bought lassagnas. First first trying the Rice balls ( they very... so yummy. Canoli sadly did not make the trip home as we tried in car. They were amazing. The garlic bread was fresh but Iwouldn't try again. We will definitely be back! Read more

We have never complained about this place but this weekend we got a lasagna and there was no flavour whatsoever. I?m not sure if... they changed their recipe or if it was just an off batch but it seriously tasted like nothing. Read more
