Disappointed that I delivered a $300 order from Panera through Doordash and did not receive the earned tip. DO NOT accept... delivery jobs through Panera they will only pay out $5 max tip (even if the tip is high like $50) Avoid at all costs, thiscompany is lousy. Read more
This is my family's favorite spot to eat. The food is versatile, either a light lunch, shareable portions for the hot food, and... the soup always his the spot. The dining area is always clean, and the staff have been nothing but courteous and helpful forthe many years we've dined here. I definitely recommend this location. Read more
I occasionally come here after work to pick up two Fuji Apple salads for my wife and I for dinner at home. The service is... usually friendly and fast and the food is good. So it came as a bit of a letdown when I got home, dressed my salad and foundthat the staff had forgotten to add the protein that comes with the salad along with most of the pecans and blue cheese.Essentially it was a typical salad with no chicken and bits and pieces of nuts and cheese. Normally I would be able to brushsomething like this as a one-off. However, given that their prices went up due to inflation and that it was not terribly busy,they should should have been maintaining standards that keeps customers coming back. Instead, I had to provide the proteinmyself when I got home and this place made a little extra profit. So I will not be coming back anytime soon and will especiallyavoid it when it is busy. Food was drastically built up. I had a pretty average chicken sandwich that took longer than a restaurant to provide. The Bear... Paw was delicious and the cookie from their baked goods section was fresh and delicious. The Staff that were taking orders werevery nice and knowledgeable overall friendly. The staff assembling the food at the pick up line were also really on top oftheir game being very efficient. There was a manager who came out to the front and was being very rude to the staff though. Edit: I don't know if it's lack of staff or what it is... My work place always orders from here. And I am very disappointed, we... place big orders and are always treated very poorly... They always ask us to place our orders one day before, however that isnot possible for us. If they don't want to take our orders they can simply reject them. However we place them and when we pickthem up we are met with attitude and rudeness. Whenever I come in there's always 1 worker who always gives me the stink eye.Some of the staff is very nice. But others are rude... Love the food not the biggest fan of the service. Read more
I enjoy going to Panera in States so I wanted to try to Canadian location too. In states we get our order in nice bowls... presentation is so much better. In here they gave our order in bag even though we said dine in. Nothing was in nice bowls. Cesarsalad was terrible the only good thing was that this place is clean . Read more
I have had the privilege of eating at this facility numerous times. The staff and the management are always extremely pleasant... and the food is absolutely delicious. They are always willing to do whatever it takes to take care of the customer. I had asituation where I lost a business receipt and they worked hard to look it up in their system without complaining. Disappointing experience! We came in, order our food, paid for it, and sat down. About 5 mins later, a staff member came to tell... us that the order is ready and that they are closing in 2 mins, which was news to us. It would have been courteous for them totell us this when we ordered the food. Had we known they were closing, we would have walked out and ordered food somewhere else.Instead, we had to eat our food inside the car in a parking lot, with an infant baby. They didn't care about us, they justwanted to take our money. Won't be going back there again. Read more
