One of the best spots for a coffee. Their coffee options are delicious and would definitely recommend the banana loaf.
I will start by saying that the staff were very friendly. I ordered a large strawberry soda. Usually it comes in a plastic cup... with a lid. I was given my sofa in a large coffee cup. It tasted like cardboard and was so disappointing. I am not sure if theyran out of soda cups. If I had known that was the cup it would be served in I would have declined ordering. Read more

The server was utterly unprofessional, while in the middle of preparing my espresso someone come into the store ahead of the... other people, asked for some special type of food. She just left me standing, and engaged with him, instead of serving shortespresso I ended with super long. Second Cup try to train your staff better Read more
My second visit to Second cup ???? Tried their coffee, it was a little bitter for me so had to add more sugar but the taste was... really good! I also had their Chicken Caesar wrap and I have to say it was by far the best wrap I had in a coffee shop!Amazing! I also love this hot chocolate drink Read more
their cashier and baristas are very sweet and welcoming. I ordered a cappuccino, it's not the best coffee you can get in town,... no latte art; and it tastes ok; just like any known coffee chains, nothing special. I did not try other drinks there yet. Theyhave a nice patio (3 tables), free wifi and a beautiful view of Oakville's lakeshore drive and the historic church right infront. Read more
The tall woman with a Nigerian accent ruined my experience. She was so overbearing to the other workers that I wanted to leave... without even picking up my order. Second cup needs to have a better hiring procedure at this store, especially if they arehiring people like the woman I described. The service leaves much to be desired. Read more
