The best Starbucks in the area! Beverage is usually perfect, service is fast/simple thru the app, nd the baristas are fantastic... they always get my day off to a good start. I feel that I get the value I pay for at this location. I've been to the 330 Dundaslocation and have has such terrible experiences from quality of beverage and waiting too long... but this Starbucks always makesup for it. Read more

My drink has been made wrong from time to time but other than that great service and tasty drinks.
Horrible horrible horrible service! I went to get my regular order Gr Vanilla Cream Cold brew. I decided to try something... different and change it up and get the caramel cream instead of vanilla. SIMPLE. Right .. nope. They mad it seem so difficult,it made me confused. When they brought my drink it looked horrible I knew I wasn?t going to like it. So I re ordered my usualorder at the window just for them to not make it properly, PLUS I ordered a banana bread and they didn?t give it to me at thewindow I didn?t realized till after I drove off. and my coffee was disgusting! I called the location just for them to tell methey saw me not get my banana bread. (Before I drove off) So clearly the staff was trying to be difficult knowing what I meantwhen I placed my order, and knowing I was forgetting to grab my banana bread. Why work for a company that?s suppose to haveexcellent customer service and don?t even have customer satisfaction skills. I?m sorry but Starbucks is already so pricy for thepeople they are hiring to not strive in customer service. Pleasant and friendly staff. Unfortunately the drive thru line can get very long, but this isn?t something that the store can... control. I usually order ahead and pick up in store to avoid the line. Unfortunately, the quality is inconsistent?I often buythe same drink, but it tastes different every time. Overall, a decent Starbucks. Read more
