Very rude staff . I wanted to get something from their employee . She was extremely rude to me and yelled at me . I don?t think... I will visit this store again. Employee are very rude with attitude. Went there today. Been there before too. Excellent customer service. Food is also awesome. Bought a Matcha Creme, a Cappuccino,... a Brownie (Honestly, the best one I have ever had so far. Was warmed up.) and a Danish Cheese. Sooo good ????. Thanks Starbucks. Read more

Friendly service but very inconsistent. I just waited 20 minutes for a coffee and it was completely wrong. They offered to... remake it but I didn?t have the time to wait. The coffee I received cost $8 and was disgusting. I wouldn?t complain if this wasa once in a while occasion but this is the closest Starbucks to my home and happens fairly regularly. Read more
Best Starbucks I have ever been to. They are always so attentive and upbeat. I spilled my coffee and it was totally my fault,... Liam came over with a mop and a bucket in less than 10 seconds, cleaned it up AND had a fresh drink made. In fact made me feelokay about spilling the drink. Very friendly staff. Impeccable washrooms that are very clean. It can get quite busy during the midday, which means meetings... for business make it a challenge. Like any Starbucks the price is the price for coffee. They have lots of seating insideand out which was nice. Read more
I went into this Starbucks after a bad day yesterday, I was visibly upset. The worker asked me if everything was okay to which I... replied with "eh one of those days", he then told me my grande drink was on the house, then I'm crying even more than I was whenI walked in but still trying to keep myself composed, he then got me tissues and gave me a free cake pop. Amazing, above andbeyond. Then the girl who made the grande drink that I ordered made me a venti. Those 2 who weren't that much older than me (18)were absolutely incredible. Read more
