They are the slowest starbucks I have ever been to. Mobile orders are NEVER ready when you arrive during the morning rush. Even... When I do a mobile order it says that I am so far away that my order will be sitting there for too long? it is still not ready!They either need to train their staff to work fast or they need to put more people on in the morning. I went in the morning for coffee and this is happen few times already, how come in coffee shop there?s no fresh brewed coffee... specially early morning. I?ve been customers for so many years in Starbucks locations spending everyday at list $15 a day forcoffees. For specially this location, I?m everyday. And same lady she all the time pretending and making eyes on me. I guessthey missing organize team. Read more

The past two times that I have ordered from this Starbucks have been terrible. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, but there... was no caramel in it. The second time I went there I ordered a peach green tea lemonade, however, there was no syrup in thedrink, and it tasted like mint sauce. Read more
