They have amazing reviews but bad customer service . Long lineup at 11:30 and was told to wait 10 mins , went inside after 15... and she cut my name that someone she thought was me cancelled . Later got us seated in 30 mins . Fairly packed but we orderedright away and took 45 mins to bring and people came after us were served before and was discriminated for color. Latercomplained we are short staff which they told us on door which we were not told. Food in general was good . I loved my Spinachand Feta wrap . Also hash brown on side. Amazing experience at this restaurant the staff was all super friendly being greeted at the door with nice welcoming smiles. The... food was amazing we ordered the special California Benedict and my husband ordered the Sunset Benedict, both were poached toperfection which is sometimes tricky at other restaurants. The pancakes which we shared were amazing! We didn?t know about theseapple pancakes until our server mentioned more of their special products. If you like pancakes this is the place to go! So freshand fluffy I can?t wait to go back and try their other specials which I?m sure won?t disappoint. Beyond delighted with theservice and our experience. Will be back soon. Read more
Breakfast and service was great except for the potatoes.I asked for the potatoes well done and some were still raw.If your... potatoes are cut too large,you need to cook the inside of them before frying the outside.Either boil and then fry or cut theminto smaller portions.The portion of eggs I received was also huge.I believe they are cracked into a jug and then poured out byhand with no real measurement.No complaints there but could cost you in the long run.Janice was great,no complaints.She did herpart by asking them for well done but kitchen messed up.Waffle with fruit was delicious. Me and my mom haven't been to sunset grills for 2 full years! It's nice to be back again and dine in. We had a lovely time and... enjoyed our food. The employees especially our server was extremely accomodating and welcoming. Overall, such an amazingexperience! We will definitely be here next time! Read more
Very friendly service. We usually do not visit breakfast restaurants in St Thomas except for our favourite one, but on a... weekday, on our way to Toronto, this was a very good choice. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Big plus aboutthis place is that the setting is very light and cheerful. Read more
