Great environment, friendly staff and delicious pub food! Blue-cheese bacon burger is my go to and the "kettle chips" ( which... are waffle fries) are outstanding. I suppose my only nitpick is the traffic noise...Oakville needs more car-less areas withpatios. Read more

Oakville has many bars but whenever we're in the area, this is our go to pub. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, great food... and a good pint of london pride. Looking forward to moving to oakville and being a regular. Read more

Great atmosphere. Choice of beers is ok. The quality of food is VERY MUCH hit and miss. Burgers are good.Flat bread and nachos... are horrific. A $25 plate of nachos shouldn't look like they were prepared by an 8 year old. Meat was overcooked, several chipswere bare, burnt and stale with very few toppings. Perhaps management should spend less time sitting at the bar, staring into alaptop and socializing with the staff? No way this place is any better that a 2 star. We were at Pipes and Taps this past Saturday for a large group function that was a fundraiser. Staff were great - Management... always good to work with Food and service always top notch. Always walk out of Pipes and Taps feeling like we've been treatedwell, ate well and have had great conversations. Cant' wait to go back ! Read more

For a pub, the food was much better than expected! The green curry and liver dish was very enjoyable. Service was speedy and... friendly. The staff appears to follow pandemic safety measures well and was diligent/cleanly. My only complaint was that theywere out of tennents! Other than that, great place to make your local pub Read more

Spring rolls were good. Asked for suicide wings and feel like I received BBQ wings. Wings tasted old but edible. Waitress was... great. They have 3 ipas on tap. No hazy beers at time of writting. Brewers include Wellingtons,hop valley , and flying monkeys..nothing higher than 50 ibus. Read more

Great atmosphere and service. The onion rings are battered perfectly and not oliy at all. Compliments to the chef. I'm sure the... batter on the fish and chips would've been amazing. Great on tap beer selection with plenty of the everywhere. Read more
