Food was quick. Employees were friendly. However manager was very passive aggressive towards order taker. Was awkward to hear.... Yes the employee made a few mistakes punching in orders but the comments made by the manager were unprofessional. Could?ve takenthe employee aside later and told him how he could improve. Read more
Tim Horton is one of Canada's most favourite coffee. And there is no second thought when it comes to coffee and donuts. When I'm... hungry and want to have something light I certainly go for Tim's broccoli soup. This outlet served well and service was firstclass ???? but during my time inside the shop I was so terribly bothered by house flies and it was so full I couldn't change myspot. And I even cleaned the table myself as it was in use before me and there were an other empty table but it was more messyso I preferred this one near the window. That stubborn fly had some issue with my coffee and soup it dint move an inch from mytable till end. I just request to the management to please keep strict check on cleanliness and sensitization of the tablesand chairs. Read more
Went for breakfast, and when they told me breakfast ends at 11 am (it was 10:53) I had to ask why a few times before I gave up.... Also the girl forgot to scan my card (forgiven because she was between her manager and me). The next customer, however, pointedout the door button was covered by the garbage container...so if you're in a wheelchair or need help with doors I wouldn't betoo happy coming here. Read more
I had no option for zero stars or that would be my rating. My family went in for coffee, cold drinks and some Food after... visiting the Oakville Sheridan campus for my daughter .I used the ladies washroom and the steel fire rated door closed heavilyon the back of my heel because it was broken. The mechanism on the door wasn?t working obviously and it left me limping and witha broken sandal. I couldn?t even make it back to my car and asked the lady for ice. I also asked why there wasn?t a sign on thedoor to close that washroom. If a child or elder person used it they would of been seriously injured. She didn?t respond . Iiced my foot and my husband helped me to my car. My ankle was cut and the next day seriously bruised. My sandals were alsogarbage. I reported the door to management and all I got was a call saying no one knew about the door. Not a credit for my bill,no gift certificate or even at least some money towards some sandals? Been coming here quite a bit recently. Grabbing my coffee and breakfast sandwich at this location before I head off to work. I... finally found out the name of the incredible girl who makes my coffee when I come in! Emily. Fantastic customer service andgenerally is so sweet!! Nice medium sized Timmy's location right on Lakeshore. Two very friendly respectful efficient and enthusiastic guys working... tonight. Baked good selection was okay. Too bad they close down the main food offerings at 8:00. I heard three groups come inand ask for bagels etc. but they were already closed down. Parking is tight and small. Read more
Beautiful small town feel Timmies. It's updated but you can see its OG diner roots. Nice long bench out front. Staff are ok.... Drive thru gets busy but it's quick. Read more
Only 4 cars ahead and took 12 minutes to get through the drive thru. Very slow. We only ordered 2 coffees and 2 cookies and... spent 5 minutes waiting at the window for these. Then were told cookies we wanted weren't available - after paying! We had toask if any other cookie was available as it was not automatically offered!! Read more
