This is by far the worst restaurant in Oakville. I seriously question the safety of eating anything there. I ordered a turkey... club in the drive threw and the guy tried to sell me a sandwich with no turkey or bacon and caked in mayonnaise to hide it. Themanager doesn?t care. They did it intentionally because they were out of it and we?ll who cares I?m driving away anyways. Thatis how staff are trained. Seriously worst management there is. I bought bagel and coffee, food was completely unhygienic , long hair found on the food. I threw everything.
It?s the only Tim Hortons so far that makes my drinks the way I like them but I only give it 3 starts because when they make a... mistake they don?t say sorry but instead they try to justify themselves. Everyone makes mistakes, just acknowledge and saysorry. It sounds professional and leaves a good taste for future business. (No pun intended) Read more
One of the best Tim's in GTA. I picked up thirty cups of steeped tea at other location and they gave me hot water and separate... tea bags and no sugar. I came here and the employee named Adam helped us and made fresh brewed steeped tea as a courtesy. Highlyrecommended and Amazing service. Read more
As I read the previous reviews its clear that the manager Azra or Adrak, lacks customer service skills. When I called her about... an employee who coughed on our order she defended him and made no attempt to rectify the situation. In times of Covid for hernot take precautions to ensure safety for everyone but instead justify the employees behaviour is irresponsible and I'm sure nothygienic in the food and beverage industry.DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EAT HERE Read more
