Not a big fan of Tim's. Coffee is weak and tasteless. Donuts are small. Not much of an atmosphere. The only thing I find worth... my time there is the Steeped Tea. I much prefer Starbucks. Read more
We ordered pumpkin spice latte and it was good , we ordered again and it was bad. 9:20 pm was my first pumpkin spice latte in my... life and it was good 11 pm same day we ordered 3 cups and they didn?t taste as good so we went back for a remake and there wassome attitude. Biebs Brew was tasty. Good 24 hour location, here at their head office! Edit: Wifi not working on 21 Sept 2022. Told them, but... not sure if it's going to be fixed. Usually there are students here on their laptops, but as I don't see any I wonder if this isan ongoing issue? Note: issue resolved within 1/2 hour, but...comes and goes. Read more
One of the worst tim hortons that needs to be shut down. Every other tim hortons can warm the milk if you are getting extra... large steep tea. These people are super rude and are like we will never do it etc. They use extra cold milk and on top of thatthey have attitude when it comes to warming it up. Read more
this store is very unsanitary it has many bugs and i?ve seen multiple bugs on food before as well. The employees are also... extremely rude during the night shift and always cause issues. Read more
This is a serious complaint I would like to raise. The server today were very rude and mocking at a simple and valid ask of... ordering a box of timbits with choice of flavors. To add to that, the servers did not serve the correct order for the coffee towhich they refused to rectify /change it. Simply I was left with no option but to leave with the box of timbits. Including othercustomers in the queue, we noticed them mocking which is unacceptable! May be the employees need to address their ownfrustration in a constructive way. Read more
Nothing truly special about this Tim's location. It's hit and miss as to whether you get a seasoned employee or one in training... and the line ups at the counter and drive thru usually mirror that. Spacious and clean inside. As a flagship store it usuallygets the specials and promos first. Read more
