Tried to get some smile cookies by walking in. The 3 staff there didn't make eye contact and all seem to care only about the... drive thru. I waited bit and when nobody seem to care about a customer in the store, I asked if they were serving walk-ins.When nobody cared to reply, I left and got my cookies somewhere else. Only because my son wanted these cookies to support thecommunity, I was willing to buy from thus brand. I don't like tim hortons and this store has a terrible customer service. Read more

Ridiculous to be open until 10pm but stop serving food at 9pm. If all you're selling after 9pm is coffee, close! Waste... everyone's time stopping here. Read more
Worst customer service ever! They told me to go order food elsewhe only because I asked to steam milk for my 2 yrs old. All... other locations I've been I had never had an issue of milk being steamed a little bit to warm up for the past year. The guy onthe drive through is extremely rude he told me to go order my food to another location or elsewhere. Unbelievable!!! Because Iwas asking him why they cannot steam the milk? The quality of new hires at this location is sad and depressing. They definitely need new training. The brown guy at the... window handed me my drink holding the lid without gloves. i strongly suggest the employees take the extra 2 seconds to spread a decent amount of butter on BOTH SIDES of the bagel. i do... not like eating dry bread. service was fast but id rather wait the extra 2 seconds to actually enjoy my breakfast. like come on Read more
