This is by far the best Tim Hortons that I?ve been to and will continue to go to. I feel so impressed by Aman and Simran?s... customer service and their ability to manage a huge line up. They seem to work very well together especially. They leave nothingto chance, they?ll always ask whether anything is missing and if they can improve rather than dumping my order and not evenlooking at me. I find their style of customer service unrivalled without getting agitated no matter how busy or slow it may be.They show true leadership. I recommend this particular Timmies if you?re in the area. Worst tims experience of my life today. The staff are disorganized and overwhelmed with no adequate management or training.... Customers were literally screaming at staff to get their orders. One person actually cried because the experience there was sopainful ????. Someone from head office needs to get to this location and help these poor people. Read more
If I could give a zero star, I would. The lady who worked today was so rude. Someone ordered a sandwich and coffee. They are not... fluent English but I definitely can understand what they were ordered. But the lady keep ignored them and push in hurry. Therewere not much ppl and no waiting lines at all. The most terrible thing is she said a word( I can feel it was bad word) in herown language. Also she laughed at her . Feel so bad for them and the lady looks like a manager or something. This location is absolutely dysfunctional. The drive-thru lineup was around the block so I decided to go inside. There was only... two other people waiting inside for service and I thought to myself great it shouldn't take too long. I waited there for over 10minutes and all the employees seemed chaotic like no one knew what was going on a couple of them were just standing aroundstaring at the coffee machines or staring at the donuts..after about 11 minutes of waiting someone walked in through the doorand an employee took care of him immediately skipping over myself and another gentleman I threw my hands up in the air and left!I will never go back this location again. Woefully under staffed, so wait times are long. All the food items are so labour intensive, that no one is manning the till. ... By the time I got my coffee I only had time to drink half of it before I had to throw the rest away. I would not recommend ifyou?re in a hurry. Read more
