I like this location, unfortunately, this is the 3rd time this lady took my order, lunch time, different days, same attitude,... she was not accomodating at all. I politely asked about the offer in the app, gave my order, was about to charge me more (nother fault, its the machine) so I said it's suppose to be $3 and showed her the app, and she said I have nothing to do with youroffer. (True, but she could have said it in a tiny bit nicer way. Maybe next time I'll go drive thru to avoid her instead.) Read more
This location is so focused on meeting their drive through time quotas that the orders are frequently incorrect or of poor... quality. Over the last few visits I?ve received orders missing ingredients, with the wrong ingredients and also so poorlyassembled that the ingredients are not evenly distributed. I would rather wait a little longer and get the correct order thanhave staff rush and get it wrong. Read more
It always was my favorite location. On September 2/2022 there was a toughest day time for everyone around 3 pm. We used drive... through to get two BLT and two frozen lemonade. We placed an order, waited for a while and got wrong order in a pack. Westopped a car and went inside to get our order correct. It was a very new girl there. I remember myself being a very new atwork. Tim Hortons is always great. They support their co-workers. And tried to fix a mistake very fast. Thank you team foryour cooperation. Problem happens. Ordered cheese croissant and pumpkin donuts along with iced latte, it tasted awesome just like always.
Went there on August 7 6,30 pm. Had to wait at order desk for 3 minutes, although only one table was occupied and no one was in... line. Ordered 1 coffee and an ice cup , had to ask for a straw. Ordered also a soup which was put into a cup which was p in apaper bag without a spoon on to the counter in kitchen area a few minutes later and got cold. I complained and was told Ishould not have sat down so fast. The all male staff was rude and disrespectful. I shall avoid this location for a while Read more
The new feature Cold Hazelnut Brew is a must try if you like a nutty blended drink!! The foam on the drink is toooo good!! Slurp... slurp ???? Also, the toasted coconut Timbit was amazing! Is the first time for me to visit this location, i love it for many reason: 1- For the first time i saw two car spots for... electric car ???????? 2- The store very clean and decoration was very nice 3- i love the Christmas tree ????in the entrance 4 -The workers were very nice and friendly, the working hard and they clean tables and floor and collect the garbage even ifeverything looks good and clean ???? 5- The food display was clean and nice presentation, also the food and drink was so good Read more
