Since when do customers get charge for ice. I purchased two tea, one extra large steep tea and green tea. I asked the cashier... for a cup of ice. She told me that her manager told her they have to charge extra for ice. Not only that but this young filipinacashier was argumentative and rude. Not a good example to the person she is training nor is it good customer service. Read more

I would give minus 5 if I could. Staff is so rude and their stupidity (filling a cup to the very top with boiling water for a... seniour and berating them for taking too many napkins when it spilled on them burning their hand) is inexcusable! Shame on them! Read more

This Tim Hortons is in a mall if your wondering, I brought some donuts from here from like 1 year ago and just remembered this... Café/Fast-Food Restaurant! The donuts were one of the best I have tasted and if your there for the donuts, needless to say,this one is for you! Read more

I work at the mall and everyone at this location is very friendly! I am giving 5 stars because the staff are always friendly,... very hard working, and overall amazing! Manny and Steve did an amazing job this morning as they were the only 2 people workingand the line was very very long (over 20 minute wait). They deserve to be recognized because they were doing the work of 4people. To the owners of this location, schedule more staff or pay your current staff double for the work they are doing.. it isunfair for only 2 people to open especially because this location is always busy. Tim Horton's is a formerly Canadian-owned fast food chain, now owned by RBI, the corporation that owns Burger King. Many of the... features that used make Tim's a Canadian icon seem to be fast disappearing. This particular Tim Horton's seems to be doing anaverage+ job. Be careful when it gets busy though, because lines get long and service gets slow. Read more
